Admissions documents are an essential part of the application process and help us gain a complete
understanding of each applicant’s academic background, spiritual formation, and readiness for study.
These materials allow the admissions committee to evaluate qualifications, calling, and alignment
with the mission of Chayil International Bible College & Seminary.

After submitting your online admissions application, additional documentation is required for your
application to be fully reviewed and processed. While some materials—such as transcripts or

reference letters—may be submitted by third parties, most documents must be provided directly by
the applicant. Documents may be uploaded through the Admissions Portal using the login credentials created
during the application process. Alternatively, documents may be emailed to ChayilBibleCollege@theChowChurch.com.

 

Please note that some documents are required for all applicants, while others are dependent on the program or individual circumstances. Timely submission of all required materials will ensure an efficient admissions review.
Biographical Statement
Applicants are required to submit a single-spaced, typed statement of 500–1,000 words
addressing the following areas of their Christian life and calling:

•  Your conversion to Christ, including what a person must do to receive eternal life and when you personally took that step

• Your call to Gospel ministry or Christian service, including the area of ministry you intend to pursue

•  Your involvement in ministry, including preaching, teaching, evangelism, or leading others to Christ

•  Your spiritual and vocational goals

•  Your motivation for pursuing undergraduate or graduate-level studies

• Your plans for completing your intended program of study

• This statement should be clear, sincere, and thoughtful, providing insight into your spiritual journey and readiness for Biblical and ministerial training.
